PMS – PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME. Is it a disease? I’m not sure. One website said

Over 150 symptoms have been attributed to PMS. After complaints of feeling “out-of-control”, anxious, depressed and having uncontrollable crying spells, the most common complaints are headache and fatigue.

I think I suffer from depression, but I don’t think it’s serious. The symptom usually starts one or two weeks before it comes and disappears as soon as I see the first drop. During that one or two weeks, I get really moody and I always cry before fall asleep. Everything can make me cry, the news, the tv shows, the music. Sometimes, I just cry for no reason.
