Back to work from holiday for a week now, so many problems everyday, worse than before I went on holiday. It is very frustrating to do the support when the product has so many problems. It gets worse when we escalate the issues, we may not get any feedback from the upper level support or the development team. What I hate the most is when I have to clean up other people’s shit. The previous support give out the wrong solutions, and when I provide the answers, the customers start to winge.

We had a 99.9% prefect system just few months ago, the customers were happy, we were happy, everyone was happy. The development team had to come up with something new and force customers to upgrade. Now, no one is happy, everyone is stuck in this shit.
