Our team got the outstanding performance award today, two movie tickets as the price and won’t get it until next week. I have no idea why the company gave us the award, not saying we didn’t do anything, just felt the timing is bit strange. We are still in the middle of everything, I think it would be better for us to get the award after the project is finished. I had a very strong feeling that the company is just trying to buy our heart so we work harder to meet the deadlines. The company will get the bonus instead of paying bonus at the end. By the way, no one in my team will get bonus.

Sounds like I don’t like the current company.
