This article said if you drink a glass of beer, wine or spirit something like one hour before the dinner, it actually helps you to loose weight. It is because the alcohol does something inside your body and reduce blood-sugar something something. Anyway, the article said so.

So what does this mean to me? I’m thinking maybe I should start drinking, just need to find out which beer, wine or spirit I like. Personally, I don’t like alcohol much.
