What’s there to make for dinner when it’s only for one person? Recently I fall in love with boiled green vegetables with some sort of sauce. I tried snow peas, asparagus and the other green vegetable, which I don’t know the name. I found asparagus is the best. I just shave a bit, cut into smaller pieces and then boil them in water with a little bit salt. Once it’s done, I take them out and pour a little bit of sesame, ginger and soy sauce. It’s my main dish.

Depends on the mood, sometimes I’d have chicken fillets or some other kind of meat, so my dinner doesn’t look too cheap.
