OMG! I woke up at 4 something again in the morning, second day in a row. I think the day before I woke up at 5:30. Hope my body clock hasn’t really adapted to waking up early in the morning. Maybe I should try go to bed late. But I just want to go to bed around 7:30 at night time. If I try to stay up, say, until 9:00 pm, I start to get dizzy and become very blur. It doesn’t feel good. Am I really getting old?
